Job Summary

Johnston Meier Insurance has a position available at our Como Lake office in Coquitlam for an Auto Insurance Advisor Team Leader.

If you have great communication & interpersonal skills, a General Insurance Level 1 License, leadership training & experience and at least 1 year of insurance office experience, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Lead a team of Automotive Insurance professionals
Provide excellent customer service to our clients
Build customer portfolios
Provide optional coverage quotes
Crosssell other products provided by Johnston Meier Insurance
Keep detailed notes on our Computer System at all times (Paperless Environment
Follow company procedures as provided

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

Minimum Level 1 General Insurance Salesperson License
At least one year of Insurance office experience
Leadership training and experience
Completed ICBC "Autoplan Basics for Brokers" Program
Excellent understanding and ability to navigate in ICBC "Broker Connect" and "Policy Center"
Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service
Flexible in job duties and/or hours as necessary
Good computer skills

Work remotely
