    Responsibilities

    • Deliver a warm, attentive, and highly personalized dining experience.
    • Build long-term relationships with guests through genuine connection and thoughtful service.
    • Guide guests confidently through the menu and wine list, including refined food and wine pairings.
    • Maintain complete mastery of the menu, ingredients, and daily features.
    • Execute service with precision, calm, and consistency during both paced and high-volume services.
    • Maintain an immaculate dining room and elevated service standards at all times.
    • Work seamlessly with kitchen, bar, and management teams to ensure fluid service.
    • Handle guest feedback or special requests with grace, warmth, and professionalism.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 5 years experience in fine dining or high-end restaurants
    • A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
    • Naturally warm, approachable, and relationship-oriented
    • Strong wine knowledge. Curiosity and willingness to grow are essential
    • Excellent sense of timing, attention to detail, and composure under pressure
    • Professional appearance and demeanor
