Customer Service Representative - Grocery Department

Duties:

Providing exceptional customer service
Stocking shelves, coolers and freezers
Assisting customers answering questions about products
Maintaining a clean and presentable department, ensuring that safety protocols are maintained for staff and customers
Placing and receiving orders

Qualifications:

You are consistently polite. You smile at strangers. You look for ways to be helpful and go out of your way to assist others
You are patient with others, even when you've been asked the same question 50 times
You love working with food products, offering advice on our many different offerings fostering Customer loyalty and engagement
You get to work on time so you don't let anyone down, especially your coworkers. Preparing the department and being ready to go at opening to ensure our customers get the best service possible is job one
You look out for your own safety and the safety of others
You enjoy working at a fast pace, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet for most of your shift
You are a person of integrity and honesty; someone to admire and emulate
