In your role, you will:

Manage the team responsible for suppliers conformity to manufacturing processes (special processes) and to quality system requirements
Ensure team performance to accomplish all required tasks and mandates
Review and approve travel plan for all supplier audits
Ensure team development
Approve the annual plan for supplier evaluation activities
Assign tasks to team members and manage team workload
Develop the annual master plan of projects to improve our internal business processes
Define annual budget for the team
Occasional travel to suppliers
You hold a bachelor degree
You have experience related to the special processes for the manufacturing of aerospace metallic parts (heat treat, welding, shot peen, machining, assembly, chemical processing, corrosion protection)
You have strong leadership, teamwork, problem solving, flexibility and project management skills
You have a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in aerospace industry
You are able to manage multiple tasks
You have excellent communication skills (written and spoken) both in French and English
You have experience with suppliers interactions
You have some knowledge of Nadcap, AS9100 and ISO 9001 quality standards
