About this position

  • This is an onsite position in Saskatoon, SK, Canada and it is open for Canadian citizens, permanent residents, and legal work permit holders of Canada (No exceptions)._

Responsibilities:


  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
  • Assist in onboarding staff and allocate responsibilities and office space
  • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
  • Manage schedules and deadlines
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
  • Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities
  • Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
  • Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
  • Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments
  • Organizing travel by booking accommodations and reservations needs as required

Our Ideal team member:

  • High school diploma or bachelor's degree
  • Experience as an office/admin manager or in a related field.
  • Experience in project management will be an asset.
  • Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary.
  • Indepth understanding of office managementprocedures and departmental and legal policies
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Warm personality with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under limited supervision.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Have a valid driver's license.
