RUSH PROJECT: Books Cleanup & 1099-NEC Filing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced bookkeeping professional to perform a full books clean-up and handle 1099-NEC preparation and filing for 10–15 independent contractors.
This role requires strong attention to detail,
a solid understanding of U.S. accounting and tax compliance,and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

- Review existing financial records for accuracy and completeness.
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts.
- Identify and correct posting errors,duplicates,and misclassifications.
