Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Regularly interfaces with internal and external community groups and organizations to promote and support the organizations overall recruitment efforts as well as branding efforts.
- Maintaining multiple tracking spreadsheets and working within HRIS system.
- Working with multiple social media sites, and internal databases, as well as attending and coordinating job fairs both locally and surrounding areas.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- recruitment and selection experience is an asset
- Intermediate Microsoft Office required Excel is a must
- Human Resource Management Diploma is an asset
- Automotive Warehouse experience is an asset
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals in a diverse environment.
- Ability to use independent judgment and selfmanage.
- Knowledge of recruitment advertising and marketing techniques and best practices.
- Effective speaking and writing skills and the ability to address small and large groups.
