Farm supervisors oversee the daily activities of farm workers and are responsible for ensuring that crops are planted, grown and harvested safely and efficiently. They also supervise the maintenance of equipment, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, handle crop pests or diseases treatments as well as other matters related to farming.
