Duties:
- Day to day client relations management
- Scheduling daily appointments
- Organization of client files and real estate documents
- Ability to quickly and confidently manage data entry.
- Organizing and physically driving to showings of properties
- Pickup and drop off duties
- Designing, addressing and postage of real estate flyers
- Social media posting on Facebook & Instagram
Must have's:
- Fluent in English
- CAR AND VALID DRIVERS LICENSE A MUST
- EXCEPTIONALLY detailorientated
- Must live in Vancouver in order to drive to showings of properties
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

- EXTREMELY positive and outgoing persona
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Flexibility; responsive / willing to work flexible hours and weekends
- Extremely organized, dependable, energetic, and selfstarting
- Display initiative and the willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
