Duties:


  • Day to day client relations management
  • Scheduling daily appointments
  • Organization of client files and real estate documents
  • Ability to quickly and confidently manage data entry.
  • Organizing and physically driving to showings of properties
  • Pickup and drop off duties
  • Designing, addressing and postage of real estate flyers
  • Social media posting on Facebook & Instagram

Must have's:

  • Fluent in English
  • CAR AND VALID DRIVERS LICENSE A MUST
  • EXCEPTIONALLY detailorientated
  • Must live in Vancouver in order to drive to showings of properties
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

  • EXTREMELY positive and outgoing persona
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility; responsive / willing to work flexible hours and weekends
  • Extremely organized, dependable, energetic, and selfstarting
  • Display initiative and the willingness to learn and take on new tasks.

Job Types:

$25.00-$30.00 per hour
