we are Hiring for
Network Security Consulatnt Position for Toronto Location

Contract and Hybrid


Exp:
Min 8 Years


Travel Requirements - The resources must be available to travel the same day or overnight in Ontario, as required. For this role, travel to school board locations across the province will be required. Travel expenses will be reimbursed according to the Ontario Travel, Meal and Hospitality Expenses Directive.

3 days onsite


MUST HAVES:


  • Network Technology:
  • 3+ years' experience in data and performance monitoring, and management systems
  • 3+ years' experience with network data traffic awareness, monitoring and analysis tools and technologies
  • 2+ years' experience with softwaredefined networking (SDN, SD-WAN)

Network Security:


  • Demonstrated handson experience with SASE platforms and solutions.
  • MUST BE SHOWN ON RESUME

Coordination Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years' experience in preparing written materials (e.g., status reports, recommendations, notes briefing)

Qualifications and Industry Certifications / Relevant

  • Relevant vendor certifications such as AWS (Amazon Web Services) or other certifications such as Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), advance network, CompTIA or courses in SASE
preferably for Ontario K-12 school board


Salary:
From $70.00 per hour


Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:


  • Network security: 7 years (required)
- ontario K-12 school board: 5 years (required)

Work Location:
Hybrid remote in Toronto, ON M5G 2C8
