JOB DESCRIPTION:


Under the responsibility of the Customer Service and Internal Sales Director, the incumbent acts as a resource person and supports the sales team.

More specifically, the incumbent is responsible for


Description of tasks:


  • Process customer orders and enter data into the computer system.
  • Follow up on orders and confirm them with customers.
  • Prepare return authorization requests for defective merchandise and process replacement
orders.

  • Respond to the various requests from internal customers by carrying out information
searches as needed.

  • Provide support to representatives on the road and manufacturers' agents.
  • Answer various technical questions from sales representatives on the road and from
customers.

  • Provide exemplary customer service; issue bids and follow up on the various projects.
  • Keep the various CRM tables up to date (quotes, opportunities, contacts).
  • If necessary, receive orders from customers, enter items into the computer system and
follow up on these orders with the various departments.

  • Perform any other related task relevant to the performance of his duties.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:


  • The incumbent must, at a minimum, hold a college diploma or any combination of
training and experience deemed relevant.

  • 2 years of experience in a customer service position or a similar position.
  • Be recognized for their ability to communicate professionally with various stakeholders
in both French and English.

  • Have the ability to manage multiple files at once, quickly and efficiently.
  • Have an ease of learning on different computer systems and have the ability to enter a
high volume of orders.

  • Have a good team spirit in order to be able to support colleagues and get the right
information from the right departments.

  • Required languages: French and English oral and written Fluent.
