Project Coordinator - Full Time, Permanent
Our Project Coordinators are highly skilled professionals, providing essential support to project managers and technical teams.
They are experts in coordinating many moving parts and keeping their teams organized and on track in a fast-paced environment.
We are seeking a Project Coordinator with a background supporting multidisciplinary teams in a multi-faceted environment, to support our work in the energy sector.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a complex and fast-paced settings by managing critical information and timelines, coordinating project elements, and supporting project managers with dynamic portfolios.

Qualifications:
- Minimum five years' experience in consulting with a background coordinating largescale and/or complex projects;
- Experience in project coordination including working with multidisciplinary teams;
- Experience managing critical information, data, and files;
- Experience managing timelines and coordinating deadlines and logistics to ensure teams stay on track and meet project milestones; and
- Strong written and verbal communication.
Additional Bonus Variables (Not required, but good to have):
- Established aquatic or terrestrial technical field skills including field investigations/inventories, monitoring assessment techniques, and/or habitat assessments.
