Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for assisting the Finance Department with data entry.

About the Job:


  • Weekly Inventory Count data entry
  • Daily Sales data entry
  • Entering supplier invoices to accounting system
  • Organizing productivity reports
  • Other data entry duties required by management
  • Filing, scanning and organizing paperwork

About You:


  • Previous Data Entry experience
  • Fast and accurate keyboarding skills
  • Ability to adhere to confidentiality when working with sensitive information
  • Ability to work independently and mínimal supervision
  • Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
  • Proficiency in basic computer program
  • Willingness to learn and upgrade skills as needed
