Sous la responsabilité du vice-président exécutif des ventes de placements, Directeur associé, ventes est chargé de s'acquitter de toutes les responsabilités liées aux ventes internes et de travailler directement avec un grossiste désigné afin de soutenir les activités de vente en gros et les relations avec les courtiers pour Centurion Asset Management Inc.
Le Directeur associé, ventes est responsable de la gestion des ressources liées aux ventes en gros pour Centurion Asset Management Inc. et veille à ce que les ventes de parts à des investisseurs qualifiés soient gérées de manière efficace et efficiente, conformément aux normes établies et dans le respect des budgets fixés.
Responsabilités
Développement des relations
Établir et entretenir des relations positives avec les conseillers en placement, les courtiers, les sièges sociaux et les principales parties prenantes afin d'élargir la distribution des produits dans le réseau de vente en gros désigné. Assurer le suivi des contacts pour les événements de vente en gros.
Relations avec les courtiers et les conseillers
Soutenir le grossiste dans la gestion de sa base existante de courtiers et de conseillers, en traitant de manière professionnelle les demandes et les requêtes afin d'assurer un niveau élevé de satisfaction de la clientèle en accordant une attention constante à la vision, à la mission et aux valeurs de Centurion.
Génération de prospects
Générer de nouvelles pistes par le biais d'appels et de courriels proactifs aux concessionnaires potentiels, en fournissant aux parties intéressées les informations et les documents demandés. Organiser des séminaires, des réunions, des présentations et des conférences téléphoniques pour le grossiste désigné.
Opérations courantes
Répondre aux demandes de renseignements et aux requêtes ou rediriger les appels si nécessaire. Gérer les bases de données des contacts et du matériel de marketing du territoire attribué au grossiste et fournir aux conseillers et aux courtiers du matériel de marketing à jour, selon les besoins. Organiser et mettre à jour les dossiers des conseillers et des courtiers. Maintenir et mettre à jour le système CRM. Préparer les salons professionnels, les présentations, les réunions et autres événements, et y apporter son aide si nécessaire. Assurer le suivi des contacts pour tous les événements. Aider à la gestion du calendrier des grossistes, en coordonnant les réunions et en organisant les déplacements, le cas échéant. Rédiger et distribuer des courriels d'information et des bulletins d'information aux agents et aux concessionnaires.
Connaissance du secteur et des produits
Recueillir des informations sur le secteur, observer l'évolution des concurrents du secteur et se tenir constamment au courant de l'environnement concurrentiel pour des produits similaires. Examiner les performances des concurrents et, le cas échéant, faire rapport sur les questions clés au vice-président exécutif chargé de la vente de produits d'investissement.
Conformité
Respecter en permanence les procédures de conformité et les exigences réglementaires, en veillant à ce que les documents soient examinés et approuvés par le chef du service de la conformité avant d'être distribués à des parties externes. Effectuer d'autres tâches qui lui sont confiées.

Overview
Reporting to the Executive Vice President of Investment Sales, the Associate Director of Sales is responsible for completing all assigned inside sales responsibilities, directly working with an assigned Wholesaler to support wholesale related sales activities and dealer relations for Centurion Asset Management Inc.
The Associate Director of Sales is accountable for the management of wholesale sales-related resources for Centurion Asset Management Inc., ensuring that sales of Units to qualified investors are effectively and efficiently administered according to established standards and within established budgets.
Responsibilities
Relationship Development
Develop and foster positive relationships with Investment Advisors, Dealers, Head Offices and key stakeholders to expand product distribution throughout the assigned wholesale channel. Provide contact follow-up for wholesale sales events.
Dealer and Advisor Relations
Support the Wholesaler in the management of their existing Dealer and Advisor base, by professionally handling inquiries and requests to ensure that a high level of client satisfaction is achieved though consistent attention to Centurion's Vision, Mission and Values.
Lead Generation
Generate new leads through proactive calls and emails to prospective Dealers, providing interested parties with information and materials as requested. Secure and organize seminars, meetings, presentations and conference calls for the assigned Wholesaler.
Ongoing Operations
Respond to inquiries and requests or redirect calls as needed. Manage the assigned wholesale territory contacts and marketing materials databases and provide Advisors and Brokers with current marketing materials as required. Organize and update Advisor and Dealer company records. Maintain and update the CRM system. Prepare for, and assist as required at, trade shows, presentations, meetings and other events. Provide contact follow-up for all events. Assist with the calendar management of Wholesalers, coordinating meetings and organizing travel arrangements as required. Draft and distribute information emails/newsletters to Agents and Dealer companies.
Industry and Product Knowledge
Gather industry knowledge, observing the development of industry competitors and maintaining a constant awareness of the competitive environment for similar products. Review the performance of competitors and report on key issues as necessary to the Executive Vice President of Investment Sales.
Compliance
Adhere to compliance procedures and regulatory requirements at all times, ensuring that materials are reviewed and approved by the Chief Compliance Officer prior to distribution to external parties. Complete other duties as assigned.
