Description

The
Sales and Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting both Outside Sales Consultants and Client Solutions Account Representatives by performing administrative duties, proposal generation, and contract verification.


Role Responsibilities:


  • Generates all proposals for both Outside Sales Consultants and Client Solutions Account Reps
  • Provides administrative assistance for Outside Sales Consultants and Client Solutions Reps
  • Coordinates Sales Conventions
  • Generates customer or prospect lists for salespeople as requested
  • Sends daily sales reports to Outside Sales and Client Solutions
  • Maintains internal Sales Databases
  • Answers incoming calls from prospective customers and sends leads to Sales Consultants
  • Sends product literature to prospects
  • Acts as Liaison between Sales Consultants and all internal departments

All successful applicants will meet the following qualifications:

  • 3 years working with customers in a Sales Organization
  • 12 years Experience in Microsoft Word and Excel are required
