Job summary
We are looking for an experienced Learning Experience Designer to join our team at Alterna Savings and Credit Union Limited. As a key member of our talent development initiatives team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering learning experiences that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and develop tailored solutions. You will also design storyboards, curricula, learning modules and supporting materials to support employee growth and development.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design principles adult learning theory experience working in an enterprise-wide setting preferably within the financial services industry. They should possess excellent communication skills both written verbal proficiency in English as well as Microsoft Office Suite proficiency specifically Articulate Storyline is an asset.
