The opportunity


In this role as a Manager - Executive Leadership Team Transformation you will have the opportunity to work with the top Executive teams of some of our most forward-thinking clients to help them navigate the constantly evolving world.

At times partnering with our wavespace team, you will work with the Executive Leadership teams to create engaging discussions and experiences that will help the teams get greater clarity and connection as they lead their organizations through change


Our team coaching methodology is based on a design thinking approach to help our clients identify and action new ways of working with each other, making decisions and fuelling culture.

Our team works closely with EY's go to market teams to engage with clients on some of their most strategic endeavours.

This team creates new and different conversations with EY, our clients and often 3rd parties, embarking on end-to-end journeys of discovery, clarity and connection.


Your key responsibilities:


  • Working with EY account teams, wavespace partners, internal marketing and our clients to help identify and articulate clear areas of focus for leadership team development with our clients
  • Leading endtoend team coaching journeys inclusive of:
  • Driving a discovery phase, ensure an in depth understanding of the client's current situation through interviews and/or review of current state documentation as applicable (interviews, current state review), team coaching workshop design and execution, and a debrief phase to distill strategic insights and action-oriented outcomes
  • Designing and executing strategic immersive leadership development sessions where you will:
  • Identify and bring internal and/or external thought leaders, case studies and examples to share new perspectives
  • Distill and ensure relevant insights from client discovery phase are shared
  • Facilitate designthinking based leadership development activities, ideation and prioritization sessions to draw out innovative, clientcentric, valuegenerating results
  • Leverage your creative ingenuity and our digital collaboration technologies to create exceptional and unique immersive experiences with our clients.
  • Collaborating with EY account teams to deliver insightful briefings from the coaching journeys to support further engagement opportunities
  • In certain circumstances, you will also work closely with the EY wavespace team and other EY team members to cocreate experiences for our clients that create connection, clarity and alignment on innovative concepts identified during EY wavespace journeys

  • Promote collaboration and elevate conversations to new heights
  • Deliver exceptional and highquality outcomes that bring new value to our clients
  • Coach others as necessary to create highperforming delivery teams for each client wavespace journey
  • Support account teams as necessary in following up on opportunities to support clients through various EY services

To qualify for the role, you should have:

  • 4-6 years of management consulting or equivalent business transformation or strategy experience
  • Proven experience working with C-Suite Executives
  • Have strong project management skills, be delivery focused / detail oriented and demonstrate confidence in managing executive stakeholders with potentially differing perspectives
  • Expertise in design thinking tools and methods
  • Executive level meeting management, driving thoughtful and impactful discussions
  • Familiarity with trends affecting the business landscape and key issues / opportunities facing major industries

Ideally, you'll also have:


  • MBA or equivalent Masters degree
