Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in the purchase and sale of real estate.
• Provide advice to clients on market conditions, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
• Develop a network of contacts in the real estate industry.
• Negotiate the terms of purchase and sale agreements with buyers and sellers.
• Conduct market research to identify trends in the local real estate market.
• Provide clients with information on properties, such as taxes, zoning regulations, and other related matters.

Salary:
$106,202.00-$124,833.00 per year
