Marketing Transition & Production Coordinator

Status:
Permanent full time


Location:
North York, ON. This is a hybrid role with 3 days/week on site at the lifemark office

We have an exciting opportunity for a
Marketing Transition & Production Coordinator to join our talented and growing in-house Marketing team


Responsibilities:


Marketing Transition

  • Act as the Marketing lead for all new portfolio brands; work closely with teams to ensure portfolio brands are supported
  • Lead all tasks associated with marketing transition across key points of integration
  • Collaborate with members of the Marketing team and other internal teams to deliver on all required marketing transition activities; monitor and report on progress
  • Lead and/or participate in special projects related to transition, marketing and brand integration as required
  • Report regularly on marketing transition plan progress, status by lead brands

Facilities Branding

  • Liaise with the Marketing and crossfunctional teams to manage the rebranding schedule for clinics across Canada. This includes elements such as naming, signage creative mockups, stakeholder approvals, updating digital assets, etc.,
  • Manage entire rebrand process once CAPEX allocation is approved
  • Work with crossfunctional teams to establish install timelines, request necessary site surveys, and obtain clinic layouts from signage vendor
  • Provide rebrand/signage checklist to the appropriate stakeholders to review and complete with onsite team members
  • Coordinate with Marketing design team to build catalogue mockup; review against checklist, site survey and clinic layout to ensure accuracy
  • Manage procurement as it relates to all inclinic signage needs, such as gather quotes from prospective vendors, present options to key decision makers, receive internal approval, give vendor goahead and timelines

Branding Process Lead

  • Complete a post rebrand review to ensure accuracy and share with appropriate stakeholders within one month of rebrand being completed
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports that capture progress of rebrand, investment and key learnings for future rebrands
  • Develop and manage expenses against signage capital budgets
  • Act as primary liaison for any ongoing needs as it may relate to a rebrand (e.g. additional standard signs, aligning with renovation and other inclinic rebrand activities, etc.)

Facilities Signage

  • Primary liaison for all signage requests across our locations across Canada. This includes coordinating all new signage requests (e.g. directory, new pylon opportunities), replacement of existing signs, handling damaged signs and all temporary signage requests (windtalkers, sandwich, street rental signs, etc.)

Key qualifications:


  • Post Secondary degree/diploma in a related field; Project Management certification considered an asset
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, database management, within a MS Windowsbased environment
  • 23 years experience in a marketing production, marketing coordinator or related role; experience in a multifacilities organization welcomed
  • Exceptional communication skills, French-English bilingualism is a strong asset
  • Creative problemsolver that thrives in fastpaced environments with a strong eye for detail
  • Vendor management experience
  • Strong customer service/relationship building skills
  • Ability to work cross functionally with multiple stakeholders
  • Adaptable, flexible and dependable
  • Experience in print production or instore marketing/branding is required
  • Knowledge of Zendesk or other applicable marketing and design workflow software
