Overview

We are seeking a skilled and versatile to join our construction and manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of skills in carpentry, masonry, electrical work, plumbing, and general construction. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, including restoration, cabinetry, roofing, siding, flooring installation, and more. Candidates should be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of working with various tools and schematics to deliver high-quality results.

Duties

• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute projects
• Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, and masonry work to support foundational structures
• Install cabinetry, flooring, tile, siding, roofing, and other building components with precision
• Operate hand tools, power tools, CNC machines, and other equipment safely and effectively
• Conduct restoration projects including caulking, painting, siding replacement, and general repairs
• Assist with plumbing and electrical installations ensuring compliance with safety standards
• Measure materials accurately for construction estimating and project planning
• Execute heavy lifting tasks safely during material handling and installation processes
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment adhering to safety protocols

Skills

• Proficiency in blueprint reading and schematics interpretation
• Extensive experience with concrete forming, masonry, carpentry, woodworking, roofing, siding, and flooring installation
• Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools for various construction tasks
• Knowledge of CNC machinery operation is a plus
• Ability to perform construction estimating and project planning effectively
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and plumbing installations
• Handyman experience is highly desirable for versatile task execution
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in demanding environments
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of construction work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00-$41.93 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
