    The Assistant Resident Manager oversees daily operations of assigned apartment buildings, ensuring a clean and well-maintained environment for tenants. Key responsibilities include cleaning common areas, maintaining building cleanliness, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with administrative tasks.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Cleaning building common areas by sweeping, mopping floors dusting surfaces removing stains from carpets spraying air fresheners regularly emptying garbage containers as required.
