Full-time Store Supervisor/Key Holder at our Laval

Participate in the leadership of an inspiring furniture and home décor store.

As a Key Holder, you will collaborate with the Manager and Assistant Manager to create a positive working environment for the team and an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

What You Will Do:

Guide customers in their decor choices
Open, prepare and close the store
Train and coach team members
Supports operational tasks for stock and merchandising
Ensure the performance of the store
Maintain the visual standards and cleanliness of the store

What you Bring:

At least 2 years of Retail sales experience
Experience in Customer Service Leadership
A passion for interior décor and merchandising
Commitment to a flexible schedule (Open to daytime, evening, and weekend shifts)
The ability to lift and move loads up to 50 lbs / 23 kg
