Groupe Marcelle is currently looking for a permanent full-time Brand Manager Go To Market & Trade - Annabelle.


Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager - Annabelle, the Brand Manager Go To Market & Trade will be responsible for the development of marketing programs such as product development and launches of products for this brand.

The incumbent will also manage various relationships with internal and external collaborators.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE

  • Work with cross functional teams on promotional products taking in consideration market trends and consumer needs while supporting the portfolio and remaining profitable.
  • Build a strong promotional plan that will deliver incremental profit for the brand. Determine optimal mix, products to be developed, that supports the brand and banners objectives.
  • In collaboration with cross functional teams, deliver bestinclass 360 plans to support promotional executions, including displays, POP, media plan, PR, social media content, website, newsletters, etc.
  • Create promotional campaigns that are relevant for the brand and will help to strengthen the base business and ensure sell through of limitededition items.
  • Work on POP seasonal updates (fixtures, hot spots, POP artworks, etc.)
  • Work closely with the sales, purchasing, logistics, marketing, and finance departments in order to build and execute marketing plans according to prescribed deadlines and budget.
  • Track the competition closely, analyze market and follow trends to identify opportunities and ensure continued growth for the brand.
  • Work with the sales team to organize instore event, trade shows, etc.
WE WOULD LIKE TO MEET YOU IF YOU HAVE

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communication and/or Marketing or any other related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Marketing and Communication, ideally in the cosmetic field or other related field pertaining to the consumer goods industry.
  • Knowledge of the Canadian cosmetics market, pharmacy retailers and major global trends.
  • Strong ability to analyze and synthesize data to give a clear direction of innovation and brand launches.
  • Experience in analyzing market data (ex. Nielsen) and sales analysis tools.
  • Ability to interpret financial data (P&L, price analysis, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Canadian media, social networks, and new media.

AND IF YOU ARE

  • Perfectly bilingual (French and English), both oral and written.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent ability to pay attention to detail.
  • Sense of organization, autonomy, and sense of initiative.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and with tight deadlines.
