NETWORK ANALYST (On-Site)
PERMANENT FULL-TIME
ANNUAL WAGE:
$27.45 to $32.30 ($53,527.50 to $62,985.00)

The primary goal of the Network Analyst is to maintain, troubleshoot and deploy various network technologies as well as be involved with maintaining the corporate infrastructure that is comprised of physical/virtual servers, various healthcare related technologies in a mixed networking environment.
The Network Analyst will ensure that our patients, residents, and staff are receiving high quality support that is in alignment with our values of Dignity, Excellence, Service and Integrity.
The Network Analyst will help drive change in the IT infrastructure and be tasked with leading projects and initiatives that better the lives of patients and residents or improve the working environment for staff.
The Network Analyst will contribute to disaster recovery, cybersecurity practices and technology implementation strategies.QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of a threeyear postsecondary diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field of study.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a job role related to network administration, network design and/or network troubleshooting.
- Strong proficiency with network security and network monitoring.
- Previous experience working in Helpdesk environment and/or healthcare environment considered an asset.
- Experience with Fortinet products and Next-Gen firewalls an asset.
- Working knowledge of disaster recovery and change management.
- Excellent communication skills for interactions with patients/residents, families, staff, community partners, and other stakeholders.
- Capable of handling various tools and able to lift objects up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to travel to other sites and provide afterhours support.
- COVID Vaccination mandatory to work in our facilities (2 doses).
