We are currently seeking a
General Technician to join the Lifeline team.


Term:
Full Time Permanent


Location: 50 Casmir Ct, Concord


Wage:
$ $23.00 per hour


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Report directly to Vice President of Operations
  • Ensure facilities are clean and in operating order
  • Maintain offices of facility units including replacing light bulbs; cleaning windows, floors and furniture; vacuuming floors as directed; moving and transfering supplies, boxes, office equipment, furniture, recyclables, empty trash dispensers, etc.
  • Assist with the setup of offices (i.e. moving furniture, supplies, equipment, appliances, etc.)
  • Assist with the cleanup of trash and debris from building exterior and lot;
  • Assist with the removal of snow and deice walks and lot;
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the completion of daily operational tasks
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve organization strategic goals
  • Complete required education and training material(s) as required
  • Attend all internal and external meetings as required
  • Attend onsite visits as required
  • Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS

  • Minimum of 13 years of related experience is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, resultsoriented, analytical thinking
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Proficiency in English is required
  • Valid driver's licence and access to reliable vehicle for work is an asset

$19.00-$23.00 per hour
