    We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to customers and prospects, identifying their needs and providing advice and guidance on financial solutions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Customer Service: Deliver seamless execution of banking services, including transactions and customer requests, while maintaining a professional presence.
    • Needs Identification: Identify customer needs and initiate referrals to colleagues, ensuring that customers receive the best possible solutions.
    • Problem Solving: Perform initial problem-solving within given rules/limits and escalate when required.
    • Teamwork: Collaborate with branch teams to deliver the desired customer experience and achieve overall business objectives.
    • Operational Activities: Manage cash transactions, execute routine tasks, and contribute to meeting branch business results.

    Qualifications:

    • No prior experience necessary; post-secondary degree or certification in a related field is desirable.
    • High-level knowledge of personal, commercial, and partner offers and how each can best serve customers' individual needs.
    • Confident and experienced use of social media, tablets, smart phones, online tools, and applications.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, including building rapport and connections with customers.
    • Aptitude for listening, solving problems, and responding flexibly and creatively to new challenges.
