Role Description / Key Responsibilities

Review and screen incoming maintenance work requests (notifications) with Asset Owners for validity, quality, and priority
Development of weekly 7d Maintenance Schedule, in conjunction with Asset Owners and Maintenance Leaders
Monitoring and adjustment of 24hr maintenance schedule for progress and coordination between Maintenance and Operations teams
Processing and assignment of all SAP generated routine maintenance tasks
Facilitation of daily Notification review meeting, daily schedule update and coordination meeting, and weekly scheduling meeting.

This is a rotational schedule of 2 weeks in 2 weeks out, 11hour days.
