- Perform collections of outstanding Accounts Receivable balances
- Communicate with customers to resolve regular, invoicing, and collection issues
- Maintain 30% of the client files with high attention to detail
- Assist in filling out new suppliers set up forms
- 1+ years of experience in an Accounts Receivable or collections role
- Strong knowledge of accounting and accounts receivable processes and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Advanced Excel)
- Experience with Netsuite and Salesforce is a plus
- Post-Secondary education with a focus on Accounting or Finance is a plus
