Job Description:
The Web Content Specialist supports the various business units such as CE and Sales/Advertising to meet their business goals, through the management of all website related activities including website content management/maintenance/enhancements, model page launches, SEO strategies/implementation, GTM Tagging process, DMM sitecore migration, Content Hub management and other major website related enhancement projects such as website personalization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in status meetings, including but not limited to daily collaboration meetings, Weekly IT project status meetings, and daily content team status meetings;
- Coordinate with agency on copy/assets/layout, page building for English and French, facilitate business approval;
- Managing/monitoring JIRA tickets and confluence master schedule;
- Manage content sprint release with the ISD team, including deployment planning, redirects mapping, QA/testing and inform business once the pages goes live;
- Manage SEO activities with vendor Delta Growth, including sprint planning with the agency, work on SEO recommendation for model pages/enhancements; Coordinate with vendors to conduct quarterly audits to measure success and implement fixes to address all critical and high priority SEO issues with ISD;
- Complete Google Analytics annotations on new pages/updated page that have launched into Sitecore, and work close with Cardinal Path to ensure model and content pages are properly tagged including implementation and testing on staging/production;
- Sitecore Updates (as required) ability to make simple updates to the production site such as FV pages, or web content updates (if needed);
- Execute all upcoming Honda Model Launches, including any presell activities requested by the brand.;
- Support and maintenance of Content Hub Platform for Honda;
- Virtual Showroom (FMC's)
- Honda; Sitecore Personalization Project.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Postsecondary education bachelor's degree;
- A minimum of 5+ years in advertising/marketing and digital marketing roles;
- Google Analytics or Google Marketing Platform certification;
- Certificate in marketing and/or digital marketing;
- Project Management experience is an asset;
- Certificate in Scrum Master + Product Owner is an asset;
- Experience in Photoshop, Illustrator is an asset;
- Experience in project management;
- Strong problem solving, multitasking and organizational abilities;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Solid understanding of workflow processes and systems within a marketing/sales cycle;
- Strategic and creative thinking.;
- Develops and maintains good working relationships and all members of the team, such as Digital Project Manager, Account Manager, Product Owner etc.;
- Develops and maintains good working relationships within Honda North America as well as all other internal and external stakeholders;
- Develop, establish and maintain good working relationship with Honda North America suppliers, partners, consultants, stakeholders and other network contacts.
