• 5+ years experience elevated grower roll greenhouse environment strong preference expertise Cucumbers vine crop production Proficient calculating precise amounts plant health products deep understanding major plant groups growth traits cultivation requirements Advanced knowledge hands-on experience with systems electrical conductivity pH meters boom irrigation Strong problem-solving skills ability troubleshoot complex issues related plant health operations Excellent communication skills verbal written train guide team members effectively Fluency English required proficiency Spanish significant asset Familiarity MS Office experience Priva software similar management systems highly desirable
