    Our client, a dynamic Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) company specializing in educational products and toys, is based in the vibrant city of Los Angeles.

    The company is committed to providing innovative and high-quality products that enhance learning and fun.

    They are currently seeking a Chief Operating Officer with a strong background in supply chain management to streamline their operations and contribute to their strategic goals.

    Collaborate with the CEO to set comprehensive goals for performance and growth, driving the company to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow, and business goals and objectives.

    Enhance and refine operational systems, processes, and policies in support of the organization's mission — specifically, support better management reporting, information flow, business process, and organizational planning.

    Manage relationships with partners/vendors and stakeholders, ensuring that the company maintains high standards of corporate citizenship and social responsibility.

    Participate in expansion activities, including investments, acquisitions, and corporate alliances, leveraging experience in educational products or toys where applicable.

    Ensure that the company's operational practices are compliant with necessary regulatory laws and standards.

    Monitor performance with tracking and establish corrective measures as needed, preparing detailed reports, both current and forecasting, for review with the CEO.

    Proven experience in a senior supply chain role, ideally within the Consumer Packaged Goods industry, with a strong preference for backgrounds in educational products or toys.

    Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of negotiating and building a rapport with people at all organizational levels.
    Strong working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
