WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support cross functionally with various clients. Supporting across different industries and streams of marketing.
Responsibilities
- Fulfill daily client requests, ensuring all assigned projects are executed to plan, on time and on budget
- Keep client and account team updated on the status of account activities
- Act as an internal contact for account needs
- Possess a top line understanding of the client's business and competitive environment
- Maintain competitive tracking/reviews and provide POVs, when required
- Develop a positive and partnering relationship with all clients and agency partners
- Initiate and coordinate the production process schedule
- Oversee the accuracy and quality of the agency product
- Work effectively with an interdisciplinary agency team
- Produce communication materials (contact and status reports, etc.)
- Develop workback schedules, critical paths and scopes with Project Manager for each project
- Develop and assist in writing effective briefs, under the supervision of the Account Supervisor
- Provide daily maintenance of the billing and budgeting process
- Handle all meeting details, e.g., scheduling, arranging rooms, taking minutes, contact reports
- Assemble and collate presentations and marketing plans
- Assist with building a positive agency culture
REQUIREMENTS
Must have:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an Account Coordinator/Executive role or similar in an agency setting
- Strong client service orientation
- High quality assurance standards
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to multitask and set priorities (manage a high volume of projects at once)
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Superior organizational and time management skills, with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to design and deliver presentations
- Passionate about driving results with clients
Nice to have:
- Experience working with multiple agency partners
- Agency experience in Brand marketing
- Knowledge of Broadcast television, OOH, DM, and targeted digital marketing
- Agency experience in CRM and digital marketing an asset
- Postsecondary education in Marketing/Advertising or related discipline
