ITSM Service Manager - Change ManagementAre you ready for a change? It is time to upgrade your Change Management experience working in an Agile and DevOps environment while using ITIL practices

We practice a remote first working model, leveraging in-person interactions at our head office, in beautiful Vancouver, BC, for strategic, collaborative, and social purposes.
What you'll do:
- Focus on the bigger picture and views of the software development and change process in relation to the overall business objectives.
- Manage changes through the IT Change Management lifecycle. Assure that 1) all policy, process, and procedures are followed, and 2) all changes are accurately recorded, scheduled, and controlled.
- Facilitate the CAB; manage the agenda and document the decisions, recommend, and action items resulting out of the CAB meeting.
- Follow up on failed changes via facilitation of Post Change Review (PCR) meetings to determine root cause of issue and ensure corrective action.
- Promptly handle all External and Internal Audit requests related to SOX and PCI within the scope of Change Management
- Manage the Change Management process lifecycle
What we're looking for:
- Strong knowledge of ITIL practices
- Understanding of Agile and DevOps
- 5+ years' experience as a Service Manager
- 5+ years in an IT Support function, preferably in a Retail/eCommerce/Technology environment as well as experience in Major Incident, IT Change and Release Management
- Ability to work in a 24/7 environment requiring offhours availability when needed, required to carry a company phone and be on the oncall roster
