Summary or Description:

Chemetics Inc.

(Worley Group) is a diversified manufacture technology company that provides design and engineering solutions to the chloralkaline, sodium chlorate, chlorine dioxide, and sulphuric acid industries worldwide.

It is a Company with a 60-year history in Vancouver with diverse cultures, talents, and highly skilled professionals. Chemetics operates a specialized alloy fabrication shop in Pickering, ON.

It is an exciting work environment with interesting and challenging projects, attractive compensation, opportunity for global travel and flexible work arrangements.


Purpose:

We are currently recruiting for a Project QA Admin Assistant. Our team includes world class experts and dynamic go-getters. This is a full-time position based in Pickering, ON reporting to the QA/QC Manager.


Responsibilities:


  • Customer Qualifications of Chemetics programs
  • Project Archiving records
  • QC Project Admin duties.
  • Project Data Packages
  • Maintain weekly QC Minutes
  • Maintain hard copy documentation records.
  • Prepare projects documents and procedures and communicate to clients for approval.
  • Results internal concerns with stakeholders.
  • Provide administrator support to Quality Control Inspectors.
  • Liaison between the Quality Control Inspectors and Project Managers.

What you will bring

Technical/Industry Experience and Qualifications Requirements:


  • Document Specialist, Business, or industrial office experience.
  • QA Administration knowledge.
  • HSE Capability as per company program.
  • IT skills
:

MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Adobe.

  • People skills
:

organized, attention to detail, adaptable to varied workloads, able to participate in meetings and support regulatory and clients' audits.


  • High Level of oral and written English proficiency.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality documentation.

Education - Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:


Required:


  • Advance degree diploma.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality documentation.

Preferred:

Preferred previous knowledge or experience in Nuclear QA requirements.
