- Smart Phone and basic computer skills
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and follow scope work directions through CoConstruct software
- Log hours and expenses to appropriate cost codes daily
- Demolition
- Foundation forming
- Framing
- Flooring installations
- Interior finish carpentry
- Exterior window and door trims
- Clean and organize jobsites
- Communicate with subtrades and customer
Salary:
$20.00-$35.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Nanaimo, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
