The Opportunity
We are looking for a Service Manager with vision to join our exceptional team. Your role is fast-paced and challenging, yet deeply rewarding. You play an integral part in our business and is an essential part of the leadership team.

Duties of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

Manage technicians and Supervise operations
Providing direction, support and guidance to the departmental employees on a daily and/or as needed basis
Conduct or arrange the topics of training for the weekly toolbox meeting
Work as a liaison with other Internal Business Units to develop key customer accounts and generate new business
Actively addresses customer service issues
Closely manage key performance measures (profitability, customer service, synergies/relationships) for each region and by customer

Having experience in a similar role, you have earned a reputation for your ability to develop and lead a strong team while fostering a positive work environment.

You see customer service as a top priority and a key to the company's success.

With the ability to analyze an operating statement with precision, you gain a true picture of your department's successes and shortcomings.

You also obtain the following qualifications and skills:

Mechanically inclined, you have proven your ability to problemsolve and perform under pressure
Postsecondary education in a related field is an asset
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and iOS operating systems for your mobile device
You have experience leading or driving a safety culture with your team
