This role is a part of the Non-Academic Staff Association (NASA) and offers a comprehensive benefits package.The Pension and Benefits Advisor ensures that employee benefit and pension plans enrollments, changes and terminations are completed in a timely and accurate manner.

- Reporting to the Team Lead Workforce Administration,
- Providing timely support for faculty staff employees with all their benefits claims issues with their payrols problems as well as payrolls errors resolved promptly by our team members providing constant customer service throughout processes until they reach satisfactory.
