GENERAL DUTIES:

Common Area Building Maintenance
Grounds-Keeping
In-Suite Maintenance (Resident Work Orders)
Fire & Life Safety Procedures and Compliance Tasks
Waste, Recycling, Compactor Duty
Customer Service to Residents
Emergency On-Call Overnight and Weekends (On Rotational Basis)
Liaison with Contractors
Liaison with Security Guards
Oversight of Building Cleanliness, and Some Cleaning Duties
Maintaining Adequate Building Supplies
Communication with Management Office

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED
Experience as a Building Superintendent in a Large High-Rise Rental Property
Excellent Building And In-Suite Maintenance Skills
WHMIS, Health & Safety Practices & Procedures
Building Fire Code Compliance
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
A Great Team Player

COMPENSATION
Salary of $32,000
Large 2-Bedroom Apartment (Rent Free, Taxable Benefit)
Apartment Has Individually Controlled Heating and A/C
Building Has Indoor Pool, Sauna, and Fitness Centre
Building Has Underground Parking, and One Parking Spot Provided
