We are seeking a experience professional Front Desk Manager for the Idlewyld Inn & Spa.Responsibilities for Front Desk Manager
- Responsible for the running of the front desk by training all front desk agents and leading by example
- Willing to work last minute when required to cover someone else's shift
- Anticipate and handle any guest requests and complaints within acceptable guidelines
- Assist in the development and monitoring of the budget to provide top quality customer service
- Assist with scheduling the front office staff and supervise workload during shifts
- Act as liaison between the Hotel Operations Manager and staff
- Answer phone inquiries, direct calls, and provide basic information
- Managing all reservations, third party reservations, daily inventory
- Maintains working relationships and communicates with all department
- Ensure implementation of all hotel policies and house rules.
- Able to solve problems, fast thinker, confidence and positive attitude even when its busy and stressful.

- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- On call
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
Experience:
- Front Desk Manager, Hotel: 2 years (preferred)
