Description
We are seeking a experience professional Front Desk Manager for the Idlewyld Inn & Spa.

Responsibilities for Front Desk Manager

  • Responsible for the running of the front desk by training all front desk agents and leading by example
  • Willing to work last minute when required to cover someone else's shift
  • Anticipate and handle any guest requests and complaints within acceptable guidelines
  • Assist in the development and monitoring of the budget to provide top quality customer service
  • Assist with scheduling the front office staff and supervise workload during shifts
  • Act as liaison between the Hotel Operations Manager and staff
  • Answer phone inquiries, direct calls, and provide basic information
  • Managing all reservations, third party reservations, daily inventory
  • Maintains working relationships and communicates with all department
  • Ensure implementation of all hotel policies and house rules.
  • Able to solve problems, fast thinker, confidence and positive attitude even when its busy and stressful.
  • Leader
Must have at least 2 years experience as a Front Desk Supervisor or Manager in the Hotel industry.

  • 10 hour shift
  • 12 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Holidays
  • Morning shift
  • Night shift
  • On call
  • Overtime
  • Weekend availability

Experience:


  • Front Desk Manager, Hotel: 2 years (preferred)
