E&D Support

Location: 128 Walgreen Rd., Carp, ON, K0A 1L0

Modu-Loc Fence Rentals is looking for a capable, skilled individual to maintain the branch administration as well as oversee our credit card processing.

This person must have a strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills. The E&D Support should have excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail.

_ Must be fluent in both the English and French language._

Responsibilities

Obtaining credit cards from customers to process payments
Organize paperwork for daily processing
Track declining credit card customers
Send receipts and/or invoices upon request
Invoicing for branch transactions
Maintain strong liaison with branch manager
Creating orders and Invoicing
Managing branch paperwork
Answering phones; transfer calls, answer customer questions
Handling walkin's
Ordering supplies, handling FedEx shipments

Requirements:

Must be detail oriented
Knowledge of billing procedures and accounts receivable
Working knowledge of MS Office
Ability to prioritize and manage responsibilities
Excellent communication skills both oral and written
Problem solving skills
Maintain confidentiality and follow PCI Compliance as it pertains to credit card information
Able to handle change as we evolve and grow as a company
Comfortable with multitasking in a fastpaced environment
