    Description
    Weins Auto Group is currently recruiting an Intermediate Accounting Clerk to join our Accounting team at Oakville Volkswagen .

    Full cycle accounting ensuring all month-end and year-end financial reports are completed on time and accurately
    Ensure that all standard accounting policies, procedures and controls are consistently and accurately applied and that all applicable federal, provincial and local regulatory laws and regulations are adhered to
    Liaise with managers in the dealership and support them with their accounting, budgeting, cost control and financial analysis needs
    Maintain up-to-date, complete and systematic filing system to support accounting and financial records to meet regulatory requirements.
    University Degree/College Diploma in accounting, finance or related field or equivalent related experience
    Minimum of 3-5 years of dealership accounting experience is an asset
    Experience working with the PBS Dealership Management System is an asset
    Effective communicator, both verbally and in writing
    Computer proficiency - Word, Excel, Outlook
