Experienced Marketing Representative needed Are you a people-person who enjoys building relationships? Our busy Toronto-based Diagnostic Radiology is looking for energetic and motivated representative to build relationships and grow with us.

Related experience is required, preferably in Diagnostic Imaging, and salary is commensurate with experience and prior performance.

The Marketing Representative will be responsible for initiating, improving, and managing the service cycle relationships.


Responsibilities

  • The Marketing Representative will be required to generate new referrals by presenting the BWI service offerings to the prospective referrer community, monitor and cultivate relationships and work with the operations team to populate schedules and enhance the companies' standing in the community.
  • Research and footprint both prospective clients and current competitors, to include geographic (location) and demographic (population) maps and detailed profiles.
  • Develop profiles for prospects that appeal to their needs.
  • Develop profiles for local competitors and generate plans/tools to counter their weaknesses and strengths.
  • Plan the day and week, visiting multiple potential referrer offices daily.
  • Track use of collaterals and notify management of diminished supply.
  • Request approval and track marketing expenses as required.
  • Develop new and modify existing collaterals to distribute to the prospective referral base.
  • Monitor and respond to requests, complaints, and recommendations, alerting management when needed to resolve operational issues that affect the referral base satisfaction.
  • Create or acquire CRM tools to assist with client relationships.
  • Monitor all referral patterns, respond to dropoffs, and create retention response tools.
  • Generate weekly, monthly, quarterly and YTD sales reports, separating current flow from new.
  • Escalate issues relating to patient and referral complaints, employees, and equipment problems.
  • Participate in management and marketing meetings, present growth data and recommendations.
  • Support the marketing and growth of the clinic.
  • Manage and update weekly task list that is reviewed with the Vice President on a weekly basis.
  • Provide weekly updates to the Vice President on issues, risks and opportunities.
  • Work hours will be 8:00am to 4:00pm M-F, occasionally weekend or evening events will take precedence over normal weekday field marketing.

Qualifications

  • Business Administration or Marketing Diploma / Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong outside sales experience
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong experience and knowledge of health care and diagnostic imaging.

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (required)
