We are currently recruiting for
Dispatcher Training Specialist for our
St. John's, NL base

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver training programs for Airlines Flight Operations Dispatchers, including initial training, recurrent training, and specialized training as needed;
Create training materials, including presentations, manuals, and other training aids;
Track and report on the progress of training programs, including attendance, completion rates, and feedback from participants;
Collaborate with other departments within the airline to ensure that training programs are aligned with the airline's overall goals and objectives;
Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements;
Maintain records of all training activities and ensure that all required documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner;
Keep uptodate with industry trends and best practices in training and development;
Any other related duties.

Qualifications:

Experience in developing and delivering training programs, preferably in the aviation industry.
Experience working with Airlines Flight Operations Dispatchers or other operational roles within the airline industry.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver training content in a clear and engaging manner.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other training development software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
Willingness to travel as needed to deliver training programs.
Ability to work shift work and different hours as required to deliver training to new employees.
