Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Lead Cook. You will play a crucial role in meal preparation and ensuring food safety in our kitchen, inventory control/food cost.

This position is ideal for those with a passion for the food industry and a strong commitment to providing excellent service.


Duties:


  • Order items for the kitchen
- (food cost)

  • Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients
  • Follow recipes and instructions to ensure consistent quality of food
  • Cook and prepare meals according to established standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
  • Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines
  • Handle food with care to prevent crosscontamination
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations in the kitchen
  • Assist with inventory management and stock rotation

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the food industry or a similar role is preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
