THE ROLE
As Production Manager, you will own field installation execution across BC.
This is not a maintenance role. It's a performance role.
You will drive:
You'll work closely with Installation Managers, Scheduling, Service, Warehouse, Sales, and Leadership to ensure installs run efficiently, professionally, and to a world-class standard.
If something is off in production — you see it, you own it, and you fix it.
