• Provide compassionate and personalized care in a home based setting.
• Plan, Prepare and serve healthy meals, and assist with feeding when required.
• Assist with Blood Glucose and Vital monitoring.
• Prepare Medications and Insulin for administration, and provide assistance when needed.
• Assist with feeding, bathing, toileting, and grooming when needed.
• Assist with Mobility, and physical therapy exercises.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a healthy, clean environment.
• Observe, Document and report changes to patients health and condition.
• Collaborate with healthcare team and family to ensure the highest quality of care is delivered.

• Previous Care Aid/Home Care experience 1+ years
• Drivers License and Own Vehicle
• First Aid/CPR
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Reliable and trustworthy
• Experience caring for patients memory impairment is an asset
• Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and schedules
• Familiarity communicating with complex personalities and needs is beneficial
• Valid Canadian Passport or ability to possess for future travel is beneficial
• Criminal Record Check(Vulnerable Sector)
• Local to Langley area, or willing to relocate
• Ability to work, night shift(Must)
