Small Accounting Firm looking to hire an experienced bookkeeper/accountant for a freelance full-time position. To hire ASAP

quick books online and quickbooks desktop, sage50 desktop and online, excel

Tasks to complete on bookkeeping software's to follow:

  • Set Up chart of accounts for new incorporations on any of the above softwares, enter opening balances fro closing numbers from prior years financials
  • Entries into general ledger
  • Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations
  • Shareholder loan and Shareholder payable Allocations
  • Finalizing year end reports
  • Trial Balance Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss for corporate tax filing

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Freelance


Salary:
$18.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week


Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Experience:


  • QuickBooks: 3 years (preferred)
- bookkeeping: 3 years (preferred)

  • This is an onsite position

Job Types:
