Responsibilities:

_ A Day in the Life:_

Provide support and expertise to the company and its business leaders regarding Human Resources programs.
Manage all payrollrelated activities to Snapon and ensure flawless endtoend administration.
Administer and maintain group benefit programs, including ensuring monthly invoicing is accurate, current, and submitted to Finance for payments.
Own the Dealer-FX HRIS, including but not limited to data entry for all new hires and departures.
Be recognized as an HR expert and resource for employees at all levels throughout the organization.
Collaborate with all Human Resources team members in all aspects of team operations, projects, and other related matters; provide insight, ideas and solutions.
Support health and safety initiatives to ensure legislated compliance and participate in the JHSC.
Respond to general inquiries from staff filtered through a general mailbox.
HR administration, including maintenance of employee files, templates and standard letters
Runs adhoc and regularly scheduled reports and audits to ensure data accuracy and reconciliation between various sources
Conducts annual reviews to ensure regulatory compliance

Qualifications:

_ What You'll Bring:
_

Post
Secondary education (Degree or Diploma) in Human Resources or a related discipline
5+ years experience in a highperforming, fastpaced environment
Experience in Canadian and U.S HR legislation and a solid understanding of benefit programs, such as Group Insurance, RRSP, 401K, Etc.
Experience in various areas of Human resources, including performance management, recruitment, organizational development, onboarding, and employee engagement
Strong skills in Excel, iCims, and ADP WFN or other ATS/HRCM Systems
Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong ethical fortitude and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and respect
Ability to work collaboratively with internal clients and stakeholders, as external third parties
Customercentric approach to supporting business through its HR and peoplerelated programs
Selfmotivated and resultsdriven with an analytical mind, able to think both inside and outside the box
