Key Responsibilities:
All conveyancing and transaction processing for office
Closing out month end per brokerage procedures
Attend monthly regional zoom meetings and various training events
Manage daily deposits and ensuring compliance with BCFSA
Assist agents with various questions regarding conveyance and administrative duties
Manage monthly agent billing cycle and following up for uncollected amounts
Accurate data entry inclusive of entering new agents and transactions to brokerage software
Other administrative duties as required
Qualifications:
Post Secondary Degree
Office administrative experience 2-3 years
Customer service experience 2-3 years
Experience in conveyancing and real estate is an asset
Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Good analytical reasoning and problem solving
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
