We have five store locations across Canada and host our website at As well as selling products, we also offer service and repairs; in-house for some brands and for others we handle all the administration with the manufacturers.

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Service Counter Administrator to work with our team at our downtown Toronto location on Queen St.

East.

Principal Focus
The Service Counter Administrator assists customers by ensuring their needs met concerning all repairs, and warranty service matters.

The service counter administrator greets all repairs customers and provides professional customer service to clients online, over the phone and in store.

Primary Responsibilities

Provide best in class customer service to all customers and employees.
Regularly communicate with customers about service request status until the repair is complete (i.e. price estimates, ETA for repair requests, pickup).
Maintain up to date and efficient workflow of incoming and going service orders.
Processing vendor, manufacturer, and 3rd party warranty claims.
Assist in keeping department clean, organized and safe.
Perform DSLR sensor cleanings.
Examining returns for damage and create condition reports.
Coordinate with various departments within the organization to complete service requests.
